1Why should I book with Pink Pixie Parties?
We are a dedicated team of talented entertainers who are constantly revising our parties to give you the best possible parties ever. We provide Bespoke parties for each client and our goal is to create a magical, one-of-a-kind experience for you and your child. Let us help you create the memory of a lifetime!
2Are your entertainers insured?
Yes, all our entertainers carry their own Public Liability Insurance for your peace of mind. They also all come from a performing background, with all of them having experience working with children.
3What time will my entertainer arrive?
They'll arrive approximately 30 minutes before-hand to set up and get ready.
4What happens if my entertainer is sick?
We always keep entertainers on standby, so you'll always receive the character you've paid for.
5Do you bring all of your own equipment with you?
Yes we provide everything from disco equipment to props and prizes. You just need to provide food, birthday cake and refreshments.
6Will I get to speak to my entertainer?
Of course! Your entertainer will contact you the week of your party to run through everything on the day. You can also contact the office at any time.
7How much room do I need for a party?
We do work with what space we have and all our games except the parachute games are adaptable for small spaces.
8How many guests can I have at a party?
We offer different packages depending on budgets and number of guests. We usually recommend no more than 15 guests at a child's home. At a hall the maximum amount of guests for one entertainer is 30 and 2 entertainers is 40.
9What happens if my guests are late?
Our parties have a set schedule and our entertainers often have parties and other performances running throughout the day so we can never delay the start of our parties. We recommend that late attendees join in when they arrive.
10What time can I host my party on a weekend?
We have set times for our parties on a weekend so we can get 2 bookings per day. So: either 10-12pm, 11-1pm, 3-5pm or 4-6pm.
11Will there be a break for food and drink?
Our 40 minute, 1 hour and 90 minute parties are so action-packed there is no need for a food break. However, we recommend having a quick drink break during our 90 minute parties and we stop for a 15-20 minute food break during our best-selling two-hour parties.
12Do you cater for special needs or requirements?
Yes, just let us know of any special requirements on the booking form. This could be anything from dietary requirements (for example dairy free sweets), to wanting your child's favourite songs played.
13What if I need to change the party date or time?
If you need to change the party date, time or even the character just give us a ring. With enough notice we will always do our best to accommodate any changes.
14How do you take payment?
We take a deposit payment to secure the booking, paid via bank transfer. The remainder is paid to your self employed entertainer on the day in cash.
15Is it okay to have balloons at the party?
We think balloons look lovely hung from the wall but can be a safety hazard and a distraction for the children if laid on the floor.
16Is it okay to have a bouncy castle at the party?
We strongly recommend against hiring a bouncy castle. The entertainers find these are a massive distraction for the children.
